The location was great, really close to everything. The personnel was really kind and the option of leaving our luggage before check-in and after check-out was really useful for us. It was nice that you could have at our disposal all the time water with lemon just in the lobby. You could also rent bicycles from the hotel, or umbrellas, so in terms of facilities I would say it was really great.

We have stayed at The Mayor before, usually staying twice during the summer. It is close to the railway station, central and has a friendly Danish atmosphere.

Loved the location and the views from the large windows out over Aarhus' streets. The lobby was very nicely decorated and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy and worth the cost.

The hotel is located in a very center of the city, 5 minutes on foot from the train station. Very close to the ARoS museum and Musikhuset. Room not very big, small bathroom. Windows to the inner courtyard, so in the room quiet. Electric kettle in the room. Breakfast varied and tasty. In the lobby drinking water for free and coffee machine - paid.

Room was small but sufficient. Bathroom was relatively spacious with a nice shower. Breakfast was good, with enough variety for two or three days. Wifi was free, but signal wasn't very good all the time (maybe because I was on the top floor). Private parking is available but not free (approximately 20 euro's per day, which is apparently cheaper than in the surrounding area). Friendly employees.

Very friendly and helpful staff! As I was travelling by bike, a very good solution was found to ensure, I could store it safely over night (even thought outside of the box). The breakfast was heavenly! I have stayed in a lot of hotels of 1-5 stars and have had a lot of good hotel breakfasts in my life, but this one is my no. 1 in Europe, so far and in the top 3 in the world. Thank you!

The hotel is very clean, almost minimalistic in the typical Scandinavian way.
